I'm very fortunate to have a founder mindset group of friends. The idea behind Twyn came from watching ourselves chatting to Claude or Gemini in one continous chat about our health goals and inputting daily what we ate, drank, and our workouts. Previously we have tried and left existing apps that try to do it all (Macrofactor, Myfitness pal etc), even wearbles. A few pain poitns emerged, these apps were overloaded with features and possibilities to do. It required a learning curve and an association to be one of the 'gym bros' to use them. Spending so much time inputting the tiny details made it reliable but exhausting. It isn't a habit that fits into the average person's day. The two options was either become obsessive and always try to remember to track your meals and gym sessions, or give up and keep it generally in your mind.

This is where the concept behind Twyn came alive. A simple app targeted to the average individual looking to keep on top of their health. Not obsessive, but looking to change their lifestyle in a manageable way.

Twyn is your AI health twin. It's designed around your goals and helps you track their general calories, gym sessions, water intake, steps and more through an AI chat system. It remembers your preferences, habits and reminds you when youre ready to be reminded to stay on top of your goals.
